The competition bike course - hard, harder, hardest

It was easy to find the first part of the course and the course was flat. On the B314 was easy. Up to 20 km, it was not so bad. After Taxenbach really started. There is still mountainous and more mountainous. 15 km to the summit and with 15% incline, which I had not thought. After the summit (Filzensattel - 1280 m), it was simple and only round. I hope it is not raining. After 40 km at Maria Alm it is now easier only to drive to Maishofen and it is not so far to Zell am See. Later to Piesendorf and is only 15km to the transition. I do not know, if it can completed the bike course!?

Summer day and it is really warm and there is no rain. Today,I swam in the lake and the water have a degree of 71 °F.

I swam 1,7 km (1mi 99.1yd) in 28 min. it was a good training
